True strength is about more than just muscle — it’s about balance, posture, coordination, and the ability to carry weight with ease. Over 12 weeks, this progressive transformation programme is designed to systematically develop your horse’s strength from the inside out. We combine carefully structured exercises with increasing levels of intensity and complexity, helping your horse build power, stability, and endurance without tension or strain.

The programme is divided into clear phases: we begin with foundational strength, using slow, controlled work to improve posture, activate key muscle groups, and build correct movement patterns. From there, we move into progressive loading, layering in transitions, hill work, and targeted gymnastic exercises to develop carrying power and engagement. In the later weeks, we focus on dynamic strength, adding more challenging patterns, lateral movements, and collected work to refine strength into balance and expression.

With each session building on the last, you’ll see your horse become stronger, more supple, and more confident in their body. Whether your goal is improved performance under saddle, injury prevention, or simply creating a more athletic and resilient partner, this 12-week transformation gives you a clear, step-by-step framework to unlock your horse’s physical potential.
