Build Up 1 : Field To Fit

Whether your horse has had the winter off, is coming back from injury, or has simply had a break, getting back into work can feel like starting from scratch. This six-week programme is designed to take the guesswork out of that process, giving you a clear, structured plan that builds your horse back up safely — physically and mentally.

We start with gentle groundwork and short walk hacks to reconnect, re-establish the basics and begin mobilising the body. From there, we gradually layer in ridden work, trot sets and polework, increasing the duration and demands week by week at a pace that lets your horse develop strength without being overwhelmed.

By the end of the six weeks, your horse will have a solid base of fitness, a body that is beginning to work correctly, and a mind that is switched on and ready for the next step. Each week comes with a daily session plan and links to video content and audio guides on the platform, so you know exactly what to do and why you are doing it.
